Damage Restoration

This clean is including sanitation of dirty tiled floors, removal of damaged carpet, due to delamination. Delamination is what happens after carpet has been affected by water and it begins to separate the top fibrous layer from the adhesive layer underneath. This typically happens as a result of growth of bacteria, which is usually mold. The
cleaning and organizing of the cluttered basement was to remove as much contents as possible to remove the affected carpet, pad, tack strips, and drywall.
